The English version of these Conditions is the authoritative version. Translations into other languages have been prepared using machine translation and are provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
These Conditions of Use & Sale govern access to and use of the WillYou.eu website and services.
By creating an account, purchasing a service or using WillYou.eu, you agree to these Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

WillYou.eu provides an online service for creating digital event invitations and collecting RSVP responses from invited guests.
2. Definitions
- “WillYou.eu”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the service provider identified above.
- “User”, “you” or “your” means any person using the website or creating an account.
- “Organizer” means the User who creates or manages an Event or invitation.
- “Guest” means a person who receives or uses an invitation.
- “Event” means an event or invitation created through WillYou.eu.
- “RSVP Data” means responses and other information submitted by Guests through an invitation.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require the creation of a User account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your login details confidential.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify WillYou.eu promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must not create or use an account for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
4. Account Duration, Archiving and Deletion
An account remains active for 30 days after the date of the last paid Event associated with that account, or for 30 days after the end of the paid period for the last paid Event, depending on which date is applicable to the service.
After this 30-day period, the account is archived. After a further 30 days, the account is permanently deleted together with all data associated with it.
Deleted data includes all data associated with the account, including events, invitations, RSVP responses, guest information, photos, uploaded files and all other content associated with the account.
A test account is permanently deleted 21 days after its creation if no Event under that account has been paid for.
Once an account or its associated data has been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored. Users are responsible for exporting and retaining any data they need before deletion.
5. Event Date and Availability
WillYou.eu does not provide a standard, fixed duration for Events. The Organizer must always provide the date of the Event.
The availability of an invitation and related features may depend on the selected service, payment status, Event date and other conditions displayed during activation or purchase.
6. Prices and Payments
The current prices for WillYou.eu services are published on the Pricing page.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect purchases that have already been completed, unless otherwise required by law.
Payments are processed through the payment provider made available by WillYou.eu. WillYou.eu does not store complete payment card details.
7. Cancellation of Payment and Test Events
A payment may be cancelled only if the relevant Event meets both of the following test-event conditions:
- the Event has no more than three RSVP responses; and
- no more than three days have passed since the Event was created in WillYou.eu.
If either condition is not met, the payment cannot be cancelled under this policy because the User has had the opportunity to collect and download RSVP responses.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. User Content
Users remain responsible for all content they upload, enter or publish through WillYou.eu, including invitation text, photographs, Event details and other materials.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use this content and that it does not infringe the rights of any other person.
9. Organizer Responsibilities
The Organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the Event and invitation information, deciding who receives access and protecting access to the account and RSVP Data.
The Organizer is also responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of Guest data complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
10. RSVP Data and Access
RSVP Data collected through an invitation is visible only to the Organizer of that invitation and persons expressly authorized by the Organizer.
RSVP Data is not publicly visible merely because a Guest submits a response. Information intentionally included in the public invitation itself may, however, be visible to anyone who can access that invitation.
11. Exported RSVP Data
When the Organizer exports RSVP Data, the Organizer becomes responsible for the exported copy and, between the Organizer and WillYou.eu, becomes its owner to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Organizer is responsible for storing exported data securely, preventing unauthorized access and complying with all applicable data-protection obligations.
This provision does not remove any statutory rights of Guests or other data subjects. Personal-data rights remain governed by applicable law.
12. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of personal data through WillYou.eu is described in a separate Privacy Policy published on a separate webpage.
The Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, why it is processed, how long it is retained, which service providers may be involved and which rights data subjects have.
13. Prohibited and Harmful Use
WillYou.eu must not be used for any purpose that may harm another person or entity in any way.
You must not use the service to:
- break the law or assist another person in breaking the law;
- threaten, harass, defraud or harm another person;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- collect personal data without an appropriate legal basis;
- distribute spam, malware or harmful content;
- access another account or Event without authorization;
- bypass or interfere with security measures; or
- interfere with the operation of the website or service.
14. Service Availability
WillYou.eu aims to keep the service available and functioning properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, hosting or infrastructure failures, third-party services, internet failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Data Loss
Users are responsible for keeping their own copies of important content and exported data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillYou.eu accepts no responsibility for the loss, corruption, accidental deletion or unavailability of data collected, uploaded or stored through the service.
This includes Events, invitations, RSVP Data, Guest information, photographs, uploaded files and exported data.
16. Intellectual Property
WillYou.eu and its licensors retain all rights to the website, software, branding, designs, templates and other components of the service, except for User Content.
No intellectual-property rights are transferred to a User except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Conditions.
17. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WillYou.eu excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense arising from or related to the use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss or corruption of data, unauthorized access caused by inadequate protection of login details, User or Guest content, conduct of Organizers or Guests, third-party services, service interruptions and the use or misuse of exported RSVP Data.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
18. Suspension and Termination
WillYou.eu may suspend or terminate access to an account or Event if these Conditions are breached, the service is used unlawfully or harmfully, payment obligations are not fulfilled, or suspension is necessary to protect WillYou.eu, Users or third parties.
19. Changes to These Conditions
WillYou.eu may update these Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on the website together with its effective date.
Where required by law, Users will receive reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Conditions.
20. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Consumers retain any mandatory rights and protections granted by the laws of the country in which they live.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
